Place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil. Once boiling lower the heat to a simmer (app 80°C). Place all three frozen vacuum-sealed bags in the water for 20 minutes (Do not open the bags and do not cover the pot with a lid).Carefully remove the bags from the water and rest for 5 minutes (important for juicier and tastier meats). Using scissors, carefully remove the steak from the bag, and pat dry with clean kitchen paper. Lightly salt. Place a pan or grill on the stove, add butter or olive oil, when hot place the steak on the pan and sear each side for 30 seconds. Open the remaining bags, place the steak, sides and sauce on a plate and serve immediately.
