Place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil. Once boiling lower heat to a simmer (app 80°C). Place all three frozen vacuum-sealed bags in the water (Do not open the bags. Do not cover the pot with a lid). After 10 minutes carefully remove the bag containing the vegetables. Remove the bag containing the stew after a further 10 minutes. Using scissors, carefully open the bags. Place the stew in a deep serving bowl (e.g. Pasta Plate) and arrange the vegetables around. Add remaining sauce and serve immediately.
