Place a large pot of water on the stove and bring to a full boil. Add salt and 1 tbsp oil to the water. Frozen tortellini expand so use an adequate pot.Add the tortellini to the boiling water stirring gently. If the water isnt at a full boil the pasta can be mushy and sticky. Using a slotted spoon or a colander remove the tortellini as soon as it floats to the top. Place on a plate, drizzle some olive oil.Heat the sauce, pour over the tortellini, sprinkle the parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
** Do not thaw frozen tortellini before heating.
